  1. Project Photofly is available worldwide, subject to applicable legal and regulatory restrictions.

  2. The Photo Scene Editor End User License Agreement is available in multiple languages: Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese. As part of the install process, you will be required to accept and agree to be bound by the terms of the End User License Agreement accompanying the software. Of particular note:

    • This software is for distribution specifically via Autodesk Labs and is not authorized for further distribution.
    • Project Photofly is a technology preview of a hosted service. Project Photofly is not intended for production use, and if you do so, please keep in mind it is at your own risk.
    • Project Photofly service and software are licensed for a limited term and for a particular territory as referenced in the End User License Agreement.

    There is one installer with the EULA provided in multiple languages.

  3. I agree to the Project Photofly Terms of Use, which I have had an opportunity to read. Of particular note:

    • Do not upload any confidential information to the Project Photofly servers.
    • Make sure you have all the rights and permissions you need in regard to any images you are uploading.

    Please print copies of the End User License Agreement and Terms of Use for your records.

  4. I agree to Autodesk using, processing, and storing personal data in accordance with the Autodesk Privacy Policy, including cross-border transfers as described in the policy. I have had an opportunity to read the privacy policy.

  5. I understand that at points during my use of the program, I may be asked to submit contact information, and I specifically consent to Autodesk using this data for the following purposes:

    • To respond to a specific request for technical assistance or support.
    • To solicit direct feedback from me on improving the technology through surveys and direct inquiries to me.
    • To contact me to request additional permissions beyond those covered by the terms of use, as may be required for Autodesk to make use of my Photo or Photo Scene for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
