The system requirements vary from plugin to plugin. They are typically associated with the application for which the plugin was created. For example, the system requirements for an AutoCAD ObjectARX add-on match the requirements for AutoCAD. For an Inventor plugin, the system requirements would match the Inventor system requirements.
