After downloading and installing this utility, the "labsload" command brings up the Cleanup Center.

The Drawing Cleanup Utility Application requires AutoCAD 2008, 2007, or an AutoCAD 2008 or 2007 based application. The Drawing Cleanup Utility does not work with any non-AutoCAD platform applications (e.g., Revit).
